To support and assist sales team in achieving company sales objective for a profitable business via efficient and effective administration of pre. & post orders coordination, documentation and logistic arrangement.
- To execute entire international business sales process ordering function including preparation and administration of documentation, coordination, regulatory authority (i.e. custom, etc.) requirement in various stages of an order including bidding stage, pre-order stage, pre-delivery stage, delivery process and post-delivery stage.
- To support sales team in meeting and achieving division sales target.
- To handle progress billings, credit control and to ensure progressive payment are promptly collected within the agreed payment terms, as well as responsible in progress and status reporting to HD and company management.
- To maintain and update Awarded list, Invoice, Purchase Order (PO), Delivery Order (DO) report.
- To work closely with HOU in inventory management and stock control.
- To handle delivery status enquiries from within team and external parties in order to provide timely response.
- To ensure operation efficiency in the PS Division via digitalization of the operation processes within the division, participate and implement the digitalized processes in the division to ensure high productivity, data sharing efficiency within and beyond the division, as well as ability to make effective reporting.
- To be support HOU in sourcing of vendor and logistics arrangement for material and services
- To lead and ensure team adhere to company ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 requirements and Work Procedures.
- To organize and maintain proper filing, record and tracking system.
- Any other reasonable duties assigned from time to time.
- Possess a Certificate or Diploma in Logistics or Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 3 years of Sales Administrator/Coordinator experience in logistics.
- Have knowledge in logistics, and commercial & finance
- Knowledge and experience in Enterprise Resource System (ERP) software or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System is added advantage
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 is an advantage
- Team player with good communication & interpersonal skills
