To ensure effective administration support to the Project Management Team and to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project documents management system.
PASIR GUDANG, JOHOR
- To assist Project Manager, to control overall project administration systems.
- To organize project meeting arrangement and assist with the preparation of Minutes of Meeting.
- To assist PM in preparing letter/memo/fax to client, relevant Authority Department, subcontractors etc.
- Project Document update, control, compilation, upkeeping etc..
- Any other reasonable task that may be assigned from time to time.
- Candidate shall process at least a Diploma in Administration/Management, or equivalent.
- At least 1 year working experience as a Site Clerk in oil & gas is required for this position.
- Working at site office experience is an advantage
- Document management system in accordance ISO 9001
- Project administration
- Computer literate especially in word processor, spreadsheet, presentation software such as power point etc.
- Maintaining project filing system (both hardcopy and electronic)
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with integrity, firm and bold, self-motivated.
- Well-developed analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
Preferably candidate have own accommodation in Pasir Gudang.
